1. About us
Plush Factory Shop ("we", "us") is a Cape Town-based supplier of bulk toilet paper, household essentials and hygiene products, trading from Unit 1, Haji Ebrahim Crescent, Rylands Estate, Cape Town. By placing an order with us — via WhatsApp, email (orders@plushfactory.co.za), phone or in person — you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices shown on our website are indicative and may change without notice. A firm quote is issued when we confirm your order via WhatsApp or email. Bulk pricing tiers apply as advertised and are subject to available stock. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Payment
Payment is due on order confirmation unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept EFT and card payment. Goods remain the property of Plush Factory Shop until payment is received in full.
4. Deliveries
We deliver across the Cape Town metro on a same-week basis. Delivery times are estimates and depend on order confirmation time, stock, traffic and route. A delivery fee may apply based on distance and order size and will be quoted with your order. Someone 18 or over must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. If nobody is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Inspection, returns & refunds
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Any shortage, damage or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, by WhatsApp or email to orders@plushfactory.co.za, with photos where relevant. Unopened, undamaged stock may be returned within 7 days for exchange or refund at our discretion. Opened or used product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Product information
Ply, sheet count, dimensions and pack size are supplied by the manufacturer. Minor variation between production runs is normal and does not constitute a defect. Product images are illustrative.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to the price paid for those goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Western Cape courts.
